Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and PowerBI for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with policy analysts and engineers to define data requirements.
- Create detailed reports and documentation to support grant applications and performance metrics.
- Utilize SQL and Python to automate data pipelines and enhance reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal sector or a cleared environment.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/Oracle) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting technical findings to non-technical audiences.
