Responsibilities
- Conduct Complex Analysis: Gather, clean, and analyze large volumes of federal data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for agency leadership.
- Report Generation: Develop comprehensive data reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS to support decision-making processes.
- Compliance & Security: Ensure all data handling processes adhere to strict federal regulations, ITAR/EAR compliance, and security clearance protocols.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present technical findings to non-technical stakeholders and government officials in a clear, professional manner.
- Database Management: Maintain and optimize data warehouses and repositories to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices for data collection and analysis to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field is required.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with government-specific tools (e.g., JMP, SAS) is highly preferred.
- Security Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance is required.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex data to diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to detect errors in data and ensure the highest standards of accuracy.
