Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with policy makers and program managers to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data security standards, including FISMA and NIST protocols.
- Write clear, concise technical documentation and executive summaries to support decision-making processes.
- Perform statistical modeling to forecast outcomes and support mission-critical initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the public sector or federal contracting environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
- Ability to obtain or maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
