Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large volumes of federal data to ensure accuracy and compliance with government standards and regulations.
- Develop and maintain interactive data dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker to monitor key performance indicators.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to data security protocols, privacy laws, and regulatory requirements (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT and program managers, to translate complex data into clear, concise reports and presentations.
- Automate data collection processes to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker).
- Ability to obtain or maintain a Public Trust or Secret clearance (or equivalent government clearance).
- Strong analytical mindset with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
