Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design and maintain interactive, high-performance dashboards using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ensure all data analysis workflows adhere to strict federal compliance standards and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business intelligence for stakeholders.
- Automate reporting processes and data pipelines to increase operational efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Perform advanced statistical modeling and forecasting to support strategic planning and policy development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for complex data querying, and Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance is a significant plus.
