Job Overview:

You will be responsible for ensuring the integrity of federal datasets, developing statistical models, and presenting findings to key stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure accuracy for policy analysis and reporting.
- Develop advanced statistical models and predictive analytics to support agency decision-making and forecasting.
- Create compelling data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI for executive presentations.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex business requirements into technical data solutions.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal compliance standards, data security protocols, and FISMA requirements.
- Write detailed technical reports, white papers, and documentation of findings and methodologies.
- Conduct data audits and implement quality assurance measures to maintain high data standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience analyzing data specifically within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation.
- Strong expertise in SQL and data warehousing concepts (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, Teradata).
- Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik Sense.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to explain complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
