Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends and anomalies
- Develop automated data pipelines for federal compliance reporting
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Prepare comprehensive data quality assessments for agency partners
- Support grant allocation analysis through statistical modeling
- Document all analytical processes per federal audit requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Public Policy, or related field
- 2+ years of data analysis experience with federal/government datasets
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and Excel
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations (OMB, OMB Circular A-123)
- Certification in data visualization (Tableau/Power BI preferred)
- Experience with SPSS or SAS for statistical analysis
