Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets from various federal sources to support program evaluation and reporting.
- Develop and maintain data visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar tools to present findings to stakeholders.
- Ensure strict data quality and compliance with federal standards, security protocols, and agency regulations.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into clear, concise briefings and executive summaries.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, methodologies, and system configurations.
- Support security clearance processes and adhere to all NISPOM and ITAR compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a government contracting environment.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation and analysis.
- Visualization: Strong experience creating dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or QlikView.
- Clearance: Active Secret or Top Secret clearance (or the ability to obtain one) is required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Methodology: Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies.
