Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal government datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to present findings to senior leadership.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting structures.
- Ensure all data handling processes adhere to strict security protocols and federal guidelines.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders and government clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field (2+ years of relevant experience may substitute).
- Proven experience working with federal or government data systems.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (e.g., Secret or Top Secret).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
