Responsibilities
- Analyze, clean, and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R
- Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, PII protocols)
- Present findings to senior leadership and congressional committees
- Automate data pipelines to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define analytical requirements
- Maintain strict security protocols for sensitive government information
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in federal government data analysis
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and statistical modeling
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Familiarity with federal data regulations and compliance frameworks
- Active U.S. government security clearance (or ability to obtain)
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
