Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Develop complex data models and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS.
- Collaborate with program managers and federal clients to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and data trends.
- Ensure all data analysis processes comply with federal regulations and security protocols.
- Create detailed reports and executive briefings to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Maintain and update data governance frameworks to improve data accessibility and security.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
