Key Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex datasets from various federal sources to support program evaluation and performance measurement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Ensure all data analysis processes comply with federal regulations, including FISMA and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report on project milestones.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Create comprehensive reports and documentation for government clients, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal contracting or government sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS. Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI) is required.
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Security Clearance (or higher) is highly desirable.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Strong commitment to data accuracy and adherence to strict confidentiality protocols.
