Senior Federal Data Analyst Opportunity

Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large-scale datasets from various federal systems to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Design and develop advanced data visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI for executive reporting.
- Perform complex statistical analysis and predictive modeling to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with program managers and subject matter experts to translate business requirements into analytical solutions.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations, including OMB Circular A-123, FedRAMP, and data security protocols.
- Document data workflows, methodologies, and analytical processes for knowledge transfer and auditing purposes.
- Present findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise, and compelling written and verbal presentations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the Federal Government or Defense contracting sector.
- Expert proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation; experience with Python or R is highly preferred.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or PowerBI.
- Demonstrated experience with federal data governance standards, security compliance, and reporting requirements.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and work independently.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (or equivalent) is required.
