Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and integrate large-scale datasets from various federal and internal sources.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to translate data needs into technical requirements.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior leadership.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and compliance with federal security protocols.
- Maintain and optimize database queries and ETL processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis within the federal government, defense, or intelligence sectors.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and extraction.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS for data manipulation.
- Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Secret security clearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
