Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Design and maintain complex data models and dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or GIS tools.
- Generate weekly performance reports and statistical analyses for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting standards.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data privacy regulations and security protocols.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large-scale government datasets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R.
- Experience with Geographic Information Systems (GIS) is highly preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex data findings clearly.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
