Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate federal government datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal standards (e.g., NIST, FedRAMP).
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS to support decision-making processes.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and insights within complex government datasets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and federal stakeholders to translate data requirements into analytical solutions.
- Prepare and present clear, concise reports and briefings to senior leadership and government officials.
- Ensure all data handling processes adhere to security protocols and privacy regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal sector or government contracting.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or eligibility).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
