Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
- Create detailed reports and executive summaries for federal stakeholders and leadership.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and strict compliance with federal regulations and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve analytical frameworks.
- Conduct statistical modeling to forecast outcomes and support strategic planning initiatives.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sectors.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Experience with federal data systems (e.g., FEDWIRE, DFARS) is highly preferred.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to translate complex data into clear narratives.
