Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze complex federal datasets to support decision-making processes.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data trends and produce comprehensive reports.
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations and security standards.
- Develop predictive models to forecast trends and identify potential risks.
- Present findings to senior stakeholders and government clients in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and statistical software such as SAS or R.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Qlik, or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
