- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical data models and statistical analyses.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all deliverables.
- Perform data cleansing and validation to ensure the integrity and security of sensitive federal information.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL; experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret clearance.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
