Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale datasets from multiple federal sources.
- Develop and maintain complex data models and statistical analysis tools.
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau, PowerBI, or Python to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure all data analysis aligns with federal compliance standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize reporting processes.
- Present technical findings and data trends to senior government officials and non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or SAS.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or D3.js.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Security Clearance (e.g., Secret, Top Secret).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts clearly.
