Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
- Develop complex data models and perform statistical analysis to identify trends and anomalies.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and improve data governance processes.
- Maintain documentation for data pipelines and analysis methodologies.
- Support the preparation of briefings and presentations for senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Qlik, or PowerBI.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal background clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills.
