Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large-scale federal datasets to ensure high data integrity standards.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database models for reporting purposes.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau and Power BI.
- Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in government operations.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into executive summaries.
- Support the creation of compliance documentation and data audit trails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, Oracle) and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy laws, and federal reporting standards.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance (or active clearance).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation is a plus.
