Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from various federal sources to identify trends and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive data visualizations and dashboards using tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and subject matter experts to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with federal standards and regulations.
- Prepare detailed reports, summaries, and presentations for executive stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Automate data pipelines and workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processing time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal contracting or government sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data processing.
- Strong command of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Security Clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
