Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various federal sources using SQL and Python scripts.
- Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within federal datasets.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal standards and regulations (e.g., NIST).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data into actionable business insights for stakeholders.
- Prepare and present findings to senior leadership and government customers in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense sector.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or SAS).
- Strong understanding of data privacy laws (GDPR/CCPA) and federal compliance requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (Secret or Top Secret preferred).
