Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets from various federal sources (e.g., Census, internal agency databases).
- Conduct statistical analysis to support program evaluation, performance measurement, and decision-making.
- Create and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik Sense.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, briefings, and presentations for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with federal regulations (NIST, FISMA, and OMB guidelines).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize reporting processes.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to drive process improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in federal, government, or defense sector data analysis.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying; experience with Python or R preferred.
- Strong experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain Secret clearance.
- Strong understanding of data governance, privacy standards, and federal data policies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
