Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the state network infrastructure in Fort Worth and remote locations.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for federal and state agency employees.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with local government partners to ensure seamless IT integration.
- Document system configurations and update technical documentation.
- Perform regular system audits and performance tuning.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in IT support or system administration within the government sector.
- Strong knowledge of network security, VPNs, and remote access technologies.
- Ability to work independently in a Remote environment.
- Excellent communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
