- Ensure compliance with federal data standards (FISMA, HIPAA, GDPR) and security protocols
- Collaborate with government agencies to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Create comprehensive documentation for data models, methodologies, and findings
- Present complex analytical results to senior leadership and technical teams
- Identify trends and anomalies using machine learning techniques
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably with federal/government projects
- Expert proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and statistical analysis tools
- Strong knowledge of federal data regulations and compliance frameworks
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, D3.js)
- Certification in data security (e.g., CISSP, CIPP) highly desirable
