Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets using SQL, Python, and R to support agency decision-making
- Develop automated reporting dashboards for real-time data visualization and executive briefings
- Ensure strict compliance with federal data governance standards (FISMA, HIPAA, PII protocols)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and track performance metrics across programs
- Design statistical models to identify trends and anomalies in federal operations data

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's preferred)
