Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large, complex datasets from federal systems to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Qlik.
- Ensure all data analysis processes comply with federal regulations, security protocols, and data governance policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and government stakeholders to translate data findings into strategic recommendations.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on data pipelines and reports to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Document data processes and methodologies to support audit trails and system maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or a government contracting sector.
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of federal data standards, FedRAMP, and OMB guidelines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining strict security clearance standards.
