Responsibilities
- Perform complex data cleansing, extraction, and transformation (ETL) to ensure high-quality datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools for executive stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within federal programs.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal regulations, security protocols, and data governance policies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with subject matter experts to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations summarizing findings for federal clients and leadership.
- Maintain documentation of data pipelines and analysis methodologies for audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis within a federal or government contracting environment.
- Active Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain one).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying large databases and Python or R for advanced statistical modeling.
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik).
- Familiarity with federal frameworks such as FISMA, NIST, and FedRAMP.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
