Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Ensure strict compliance with FISMA, FedRAMP, and OMB guidelines regarding data privacy and security.
- Perform ETL processes and data cleaning to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into strategic recommendations for government agencies.
- Document data models, methodologies, and analytical procedures for audit trails.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within the federal government or defense contracting sector.
- Active Secret Clearance or Top Secret clearance is required.
- Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python, or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis.
- Experience with data visualization tools and big data technologies.
- Strong understanding of federal regulations and data governance frameworks.
