Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex federal datasets to support agency decision-making
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems using SQL and PythonEnsure compliance with federal data security protocols (FISMA, HIPAA)
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau/Power BI for leadership
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven initiatives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of experience with federal data systems
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas), and R
- Experience with Tableau/Power BI visualization tools
- Knowledge of federal compliance regulations (FISMA, 21 CFR Part 11)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Ability to obtain federal security clearance
