Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze large-scale federal datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Ensure strict adherence to federal data security protocols and compliance standards (FISMA, NIST).
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex data requirements into technical specifications.
- Perform quality assurance checks on data pipelines to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Create detailed reports and presentations summarizing findings to support decision-making processes.
- Assist in the migration and integration of legacy data systems into modern analytics platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal contract eligibility and security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Advanced formulas, PivotTables) and SQL.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable conclusions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting technical data to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to obtain a favorable background investigation and necessary security clearances.
