Responsibilities
- Manage and organize complex federal filing systems and records in strict compliance with VA regulations.
- Provide high-level administrative support to department leadership and staff, including scheduling and correspondence.
- Coordinate interdepartmental communications and facilitate meetings with federal officials and stakeholders.
- Process incoming inquiries, applications, and documents with a focus on accuracy and confidentiality.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, briefings, and documentation required for compliance audits and reviews.
- Maintain inventory of office supplies and manage procurement requests.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship required for federal employment.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and federal case management software.
- Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
