Responsibilities
- Coordinate veteran healthcare programs and ensure compliance with federal VA regulations and standards
- Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement personalized care plans for veterans
- Manage electronic health records systems and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct quality assurance reviews and recommend process improvements
- Serve as liaison between veterans, families, and healthcare providers
- Participate in federal healthcare policy initiatives and training programs
- Analyze healthcare data to optimize service delivery and veteran outcomes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of healthcare coordination experience
- Federal VA experience or familiarity with healthcare regulations preferred
- Proficiency in electronic health records systems (e.g., CPRS, VistA)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- Valid Ohio healthcare professional license (if applicable to role)
