Responsibilities
- Coordinate veteran healthcare access across VA facilities and community partners
- Manage electronic health records and ensure compliance with federal healthcare regulations
- Develop and implement patient care plans for veteran populations with complex needs
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve service delivery outcomes
- Analyze healthcare data to identify system improvement opportunities
- Conduct eligibility verification and enrollment assistance for veterans
- Represent the VA in community outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in healthcare coordination or federal healthcare systems
- Proficiency with electronic health record systems (e.g., VistA, Epic)
- Knowledge of VA healthcare policies and federal healthcare regulations
- Strong interpersonal skills with diverse veteran populations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a federal security clearance
- Certification in Veterans Health Administration (VHA) preferred
