Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 year of specialized experience in human resources or federal recruitment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.
- Strong knowledge of federal employment laws and OPM regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
