Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for mid-to-senior level engineering and product roles.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify passive candidates in the competitive Bay Area market.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their technical and cultural needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer branding and candidate experience.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and funnel data to continuously improve hiring efficiency and quality of hire.
- Participate in industry events and tech conferences to represent Apex Global Systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the technology sector.
- Proven track record of successfully placing high-level engineers (Full Stack, ML, Cloud, and Data).
- Expert proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Boolean search techniques.
- Deep understanding of the San Francisco tech ecosystem and network within it.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex requirements clearly.
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
