Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain enterprise IT systems including servers, networks, and cloud infrastructure
- Implement cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive government data and systems
- Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and compliance with federal IT standards (FISMA, NIST)
- Provide technical support and training to federal employees across multiple agencies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop IT solutions aligned with mission objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure management or cybersecurity
- Federal IT experience preferred (GS-12 equivalent)
- Security+ or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in Windows Server, Active Directory, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Strong knowledge of federal IT compliance frameworks (FISMA, FedRAMP)
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
