Responsibilities
- Manage and troubleshoot complex federal IT systems and network infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols, including FedRAMP and FISMA requirements.
- Provide technical support and training to federal staff regarding hardware and software applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT solutions and optimize workflows.
- Monitor system performance and conduct regular security audits to prevent data breaches.
- Document technical procedures and maintain accurate records of system configurations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one within 24 months.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Strong knowledge of ITIL framework, Agile methodologies, and cloud computing services (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-stakes environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for federal employment.
