Responsibilities
- Analyze, design, develop, and test software applications and systems to meet federal requirements.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and network infrastructure.
- Document system configurations, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance with federal standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and maintain secure IT solutions.
- Maintain the confidentiality and integrity of sensitive government data.
- Conduct regular system performance monitoring and security audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or systems administration within a government or corporate setting.
- Familiarity with federal IT security protocols (FISMA, NIST).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a favorable background investigation.
