Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems including network infrastructure and security protocols
- Provide Tier 3 technical support for mission-critical applications
- Implement cybersecurity measures compliant with NIST and FISMA standards
- Coordinate disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Document system configurations and update security documentation
- Collaborate with cross-agency teams on IT modernization initiatives
- Monitor system performance and optimize resource utilization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of IT infrastructure management experience
- Active Security+ or CISSP certification
- Federal background investigation eligibility (ability to obtain Secret clearance)
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
