Responsibilities
- Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and security of federal IT systems and networks.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols to ensure compliance with FISMA and NIST standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy innovative software solutions.
- Analyze system performance data to optimize workflow efficiency and user experience.
- Maintain accurate documentation of system architecture, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities.
- Provide technical support and training to junior staff and internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in federal or government IT environments.
- Active Secret Security Clearance or the ability to obtain one.
- Strong knowledge of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance.
