Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal network infrastructure and servers.
- Implement and monitor security protocols to protect sensitive government data.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal staff and external clients.
- Conduct system audits and ensure compliance with federal regulations (NIST, FISMA).
- Install, configure, and upgrade hardware and software components.
- Document technical procedures and system configurations.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this position.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal IT environments.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain one.
- Knowledge of DoD information systems and network security standards.
- Strong proficiency in Windows Server, Linux, and cloud technologies (AWS/Azure).
