Responsibilities
- Infrastructure Management: Design, deploy, and maintain robust IT infrastructure for federal clients, ensuring high availability and security.
- Security Compliance: Implement and monitor security protocols to meet strict federal standards (FedRAMP, NIST).
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues with minimal downtime.
- Modernization: Lead initiatives to modernize legacy systems and integrate cloud-based solutions (AWS/Azure).
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, system architectures, and operational procedures.

Qualifications
- Clearance: Active Top Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain) is required.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in federal or government contracting environments.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Linux, Windows Server, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and cloud platforms.
- Process: Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and Agile methodologies.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for technical reporting.
