Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain federal IT systems, networks, and databases to ensure maximum uptime and security.
- Implement and enforce cybersecurity protocols to protect sensitive federal information from cyber threats.
- Conduct system performance analysis and troubleshoot complex technical issues for federal stakeholders.
- Oversee software deployment, updates, and hardware procurement in compliance with federal standards.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in IT system administration or cybersecurity.
- Eligibility for a Public Trust or Secret Security Clearance.
- Proficiency in managing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and virtualization technologies.
- Strong understanding of federal IT frameworks, such as FedRAMP and NIST.
