Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade hardware and software infrastructure.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and system changes.
- Monitor system performance and respond to incidents in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in IT support or system administration.
- Familiarity with federal security protocols (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Linux, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance (or current clearance).
