Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented IT professional to manage and maintain our federal information systems. You will ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of data while supporting critical government operations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of local and network-based computer systems.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for federal applications.
- Ensure compliance with federal security protocols and information security policies.
- Provide technical support and guidance to users across multiple federal agencies.
- Perform system upgrades and maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Analyze system performance data to recommend hardware and software improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT systems administration or network support.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and network diagnostics tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
