Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of federal IT systems and networks.
- Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity protocols to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Perform system administration tasks including patch management, user access control, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Collaborate with federal stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and security procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence to federal regulations (e.g., FISMA).
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in federal or military IT environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Active Secret or Top Secret security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Proficiency in networking concepts, Windows Server, and Linux environments.
- Strong knowledge of federal compliance standards and security frameworks.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment.
