Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize federal IT infrastructure including cloud systems and network security protocols
- Develop and implement cybersecurity solutions to protect sensitive government data
- Provide technical support for federal agencies across the Bay Area
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on digital transformation projects
- Ensure compliance with federal IT regulations (FISMA, NIST)
- Lead system integration and modernization initiatives
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in federal IT systems management
- Active Security+ CE or CISSP certification required
- Proficiency in AWS/Azure and federal cloud migration
- Experience with FedRAMP compliance frameworks
- Strong knowledge of ITIL and service management best practices
- Ability to obtain and maintain government security clearance
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
